Terms & Conditions
- 1 This promotional offer is valid until 31 October 2026, unless otherwise stated on the voucher.
- 2 The offer is applicable only within SPADO's Thrissur service area.
- 3 The offer is valid on all one-time SPADO service bookings, excluding subscription plans and subscription bookings.
- 4 The promotional voucher must be presented during the first booking.
- 5 The original physical voucher must be presented to the SPADO service agent during the first service for verification. Photocopies, scanned copies, screenshots, or digital images of the voucher will not be accepted.
- 6 Upon the first successful booking, the voucher will be permanently linked to the mobile number used for that booking.
- 7 To redeem the remaining promotional benefits, all future bookings must be made using the same registered mobile number.
- 8 Each voucher entitles the customer to 25% OFF on their first two (2) eligible services, unless otherwise specified in the campaign.
- 9 Only completed services count toward the promotional usage limit. Cancelled bookings do not count.
- 10 If a booking is rescheduled by the customer or by SPADO, the promotional eligibility will remain unchanged.
- 11 The voucher is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and will not be reissued if lost, stolen, damaged, altered, or destroyed.
- 12 One promotional voucher may be activated per mobile number unless otherwise specified by SPADO.
- 13 Existing SPADO customers may redeem this promotion provided all campaign eligibility requirements are met.
- 14 This promotion cannot be combined with any other SPADO offer, coupon, referral reward, promotional campaign, or discount unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- 15 SPADO reserves the right to refuse redemption if a voucher is found to be expired, duplicated, forged, altered, tampered with, or otherwise used in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
- 16 SPADO reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw, or terminate this promotion and these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice where reasonably necessary, including in cases of fraud, misuse, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond SPADO's control.
- 17 By redeeming this voucher, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I redeem my promotional voucher?
Mention the voucher during your first service booking and present the original physical voucher to the SPADO service agent when they arrive. Upon verification, the discount will be applied, and the voucher will be linked to your mobile number.
Which bookings are eligible for the 25% discount?
The discount applies to all one-time SPADO service bookings (e.g. Basic Wash, Prime Wash, Signature Detailing) for your first two services. It does not apply to subscription plans or subscription bookings.
Can I present a screenshot or copy of the voucher?
No. Only the original physical voucher is accepted for verification. Scans, screenshots, digital images, or photocopies are invalid.
Can I share this voucher with others or use a different number?
Upon the first successful booking, the voucher is permanently linked to the mobile number used. All subsequent bookings must use that same number to redeem the remaining benefits. Vouchers are non-transferable.
What happens if I reschedule or cancel a booking?
If your booking is rescheduled, your eligibility is unaffected. Cancelled bookings do not count toward your usage limit (you get 2 completed services).
